Follow-up on India's withdrawal from Kashmir

Some more info and links about India's withdrawal from Kashmir.

Apparently part of the reason is the reduction in attacks. Is everyone off fighting in NWFP instead?

Indian Defence Minister AK Antony has said that about 30,00 troops have been withdrawn from Indian-administered Kashmir as rebel attacks decrease.
He said that there had already been a significant reduction over the past two years and the government was willing further to reduce forces in the future.
However, an army official said the number of soldiers deployed along the Line of Control (LoC) would not be cut.
The LoC separates Indian- and Pakistani-administered Kashmir.
