There's been plenty of news about the Somali pirates and their contraband cargo of T72 tanks.
What no one's come out with yet, though, is why a battalion of T72s, plus a brigade's worth of small arms, were on their way to southern Sudan.
Who brokered the deal?
Why did the Ukraine agree to ship it?
Why did the Kenyans agree to let it dock?
Where did the tanks come from?
Who paid for this? How?
It all reads like a latter-day Dogs of War novel that would make a great yarn if someone could tear themselves away from Obama's terrorist connections and rewriting John McCain's navy career. Someone, somewhere, needs to look into the origins of and transactions involving those tanks.
