Braggadocio from Iran? Or legit threat?

After trying to fake the world with a non-missile Photoshop launch, any Iranian announcements of new missiles are bound to be met with skepticism.

Today Iran unveiled its latest cruise missile dubbed NASR-1 (Victory 1), at an opening ceremony held at the Defense Ministry’s aerospace industries plant near Tehran.

The missile is highly accurate and has the capability of evading the most advanced radar systems. During the ceremony Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi told reporters, 'NASR-1 is a short-range shore to sea missile capable of sinking warships that weigh 3000 metric tons.'

Of course, the source website here also promotes a "9-11 never happened" narrative... sigh...
