Argentina has called on Britain to refrain from conducting military exercises on the disputed Falkland Islands.
Argentina said Saturday it has sent a letter of protest to the British ambassador in Buenos Aires.
Britain notified Argentina last week about the upcoming military exercises on the Falklands.
Britain and Argentina have had a long-running dispute over sovereignty of the British-held Falklands in the South Atlantic.
So, how much more "disputed" do you think they are? Didn't we settle this in '82, when the Argies go schmoaked?
Oh, and in a shameless plug, you can play it yourself:
At the operational level
Or at the tactical level

All of this protests are coming from a leftist government that has brought down Argentine's Armed Forces to it's knees. I don't know what Kirchner is up to, though.
In the end is all as the (recent) winner of the literature Nobel Prize has said: "the dispute over the Falklands/Malvinas is like two bald men fighting over a comb".
Cheers,
