A modder with the handle "Fletch" recently released a Counterstrike map [gamebanana.com] based on OBL's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. I haven't tried it as I don't even Counterstrike installed on any of my platforms anymore, but from the screenshots, it actually looks better (to me) than the commercial release from Kuma Games that we discussed earlier.
OK, well, except for the whole "broad daylight" part :).
