GameTalk - Multi-player II


How do you structure the ORBATs for a team game, where multiple players are playing in cooperation, but not necessarily with full knowledge of each others' orders, forces, plans, etc?

Structure the team as much as possible like the military orgnaization you are mimicking, so have one division commander and two or more brigade commanders. Staff positions as permitted by numbers of folks available.

We did this in the Battle of the Namgang River: I, as Great Designer of East Norkea, task-organized two battle groups and then sent them forward with my blessings (and a certain number of 122mm rockets). It worked well and was a lot of fun, even if I did do everything wrong...
